- By Phone - We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and debit cards. We can also accept payment by e-check if you have the routing and account number of your checking or savings account. If your plan is billed on the Nicor Gas bill, we recommend you make your payment with Nicor Gas.
- Our Customer Care team is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Assistance is available in both English and Spanish. Call toll-free 1.877.292.9363.
- Online (debit or credit cards listed above) – You may sign up for an Online Payment Account through the Customer Care Payment Portal at www.customerpaymentcenter.com. Here you can view balances and make payments. In order to register for an account, you will need your customer ID or customer account number, your zip code and your phone number.
- By Mail (Check/Money Order/Cashier’s Checks).
